Gala Event

We invite you to sponsor the Irish American Young Leaders Gala and Conference and lend your support to help increase access to life-changing  experiences in Ireland, so that the next generation of Irish Americans are globally-minded and globally-competitive. At the Gala, join over 300 leaders in business, international education, government, and a cohort of IAYL Scholars  at one of the most important events of the year. Support for the IAYL Alumni Conference earlier in the day will bring leadership and career development trainings to IAYL Scholars from across the US, helping to continue IAYL’s investment in the promise of these diverse and deserving Irish Americans. The Irish American Young Leader Program is the only independent, fully philanthropic provider of scholarships for Irish American High School & University students to study and experience Ireland and its culture. Programs for Young Professional and internships in both business and the Arts are available as well.

Irish American Young Leaders makes life-changing, international experiences accessible to all by supporting High School, Community College, Universities and Young Professionals before, during, and after they participate in, camps, networking events, conferences plus many domestic programs and events with more abroad programs in Ireland.

This is open to anyone with a  connection weather through, family heritage or just the love to learn Irish Culture, Language, Traditions, History, The Arts and Global Business.  IAYL generous scholarships of up to $10,000 for a year abroad are “game-changing” for recipients, empowering them to take the leap and earn a lifetime of connections abroad. Sponsorship of the Gala will increase the number of “game-changing” scholarships IAYL awards from 2 in 2016 to 12 or more in the coming application cycle.
