IAYL Volunteers are needed in every aspect of the organization. 

Youth organisations continue to be volunteer-led and voluntary youth leaders provide a very high percentage of direct work with young people through youth clubs, youth projects, youth services and youth information services. The role of the volunteer is central to youth work within the Irish American Young Leaders

We offer short term volunteer opportunities and semester-long internships. All of our positions are open to anyone from high school students to young professionals to Sr Advisory committee.  Most of our positions are virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere.

Volunteers and Interns receive ongoing training and support. We are a hands-on network: team members build real, marketable skills. They also benefit from working with an inspired community of young global leaders committed to securing youth engagement around global challenges.
